He is now ready to retire to the land where he was born before emigrating to the United States.... Italy.  Unfortunately, this iconic restaurant was about to close for good. Most Santa Rosa residents have fond memories of this restaurant from Proms Dinners to Weddings, to meeting their love of their life at a dinner to beautiful dining memories from days gone by.

Clai Group, Inc. wants to keep these memories and lovely experiences going for future generations to enjoy. Clai Group, Inc is in the process of acquiring this historic restaurant and honor the Chef by keeping it alive.
